In addition to the description of the facts of the complaint, do not forget to specify in the written version your name, surname(s), address and the Administration(s) involved.

Directly at our offices, in the visiting rooms at Zurbano n 42, in Madrid. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 (mornings) and from Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00 (except for afternoons during the month of August).

It is advisable to send a copy of the most important documents related to the problem with the written complaint. At all events, there is no need to enlist the services of a lawyer to go to the Defensor del Pueblo, and the whole procedure is totally free for all citizens.
