The case study, which was presented at Parliament by the Ombudsman, makes 17 recommendations to the Government and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The Ombudsman presented a case study at the Upper Chamber of the Spanish Parliament, analysing the system in Spain for receiving refugees.
